Questions You're Probably Asking

We get these a lot, so here's the straight answers

Nope. What you see is what you pay. The only extra costs would be if you add personal training sessions beyond what's included in your tier, or if you want to buy merch. We're not fans of sneaky fees either.

Yeah, you can put your membership on hold for up to 3 months per year. We charge $15/month to keep your spot reserved. If you're dealing with an injury, we'll work with you - sometimes we can modify your training instead of freezing completely.

Just give us 30 days notice and you're good. We're not gonna guilt trip you or make it difficult. Life happens, and if Shadow Reth isn't working for you anymore, that's cool. We'd rather you leave on good terms and maybe come back later.

Not at all. About half our members started with zero fitness background. We scale everything to your level, and honestly, the people who've been training here for years are usually the most encouraging to newbies. Everyone remembers their first day being rough.

Totally. Upgrades happen immediately - you just pay the difference. Downgrades kick in at your next billing cycle. We've had people bounce between tiers based on their schedule and that's perfectly fine with us.

We do student discounts (15% off) and military/first responder discounts (20% off). Sometimes we'll run a promo where we waive the first month if you commit to 3 months, but we don't do that constantly. If you're bringing a friend who's also signing up, we'll hook you both up with a free month.

We've got Olympic lifting platforms, squat racks, full set of dumbbells and kettlebells, rowing machines, assault bikes, heavy bags, battle ropes, sleds, and a ton of functional training gear. No fancy machines that only work one muscle - we focus on equipment that builds real-world strength.

We use an app that makes it pretty simple. You can book classes up to a week in advance, and personal training sessions get scheduled directly with your trainer. If you need to cancel, just do it at least 3 hours before or you'll lose that class credit.
